The most visible way in which we minister to the community is our Halloween alternative event.
On October 31, while the world celebrates Halloween through trick-or-treating, we provide a safe and wholesome alternative called Festafall. At Rowland Elementary School, we hold a marvelous carnival-like event for the school age children of the community. Admission is free, but the experience is priceless.
